INFORMATIVE SHEET AND CONSENSUS FOR PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Calearo srl, Calearo Antenne spa and Calearo TLC srl handles the “personal information” of all the individuals that contact the company through the filling-in of the job application form in our website. We therefore wish to inform all individuals that, in compliance with the legislative decree no. 196/2003 Italian Privacy Act, all the information collected through the form filled-in in by the individual is gathered and handled in various formats: printed and/or saved on hard copy, on floppy discs, on CDs or as a computer file for the sole purpose of evaluating the possible interest to the future constitution of a contractual relationship to be determined in the contents; the information will be handled and retained for a maximum period of 2 years, subsequently it will be deleted, unless otherwise requested by the individual. The bestowal of such data therefore is optional and your explicit refusal to supply such information and its successive handling will determine the impossibility for us to record the data in our files and consequently to establish any kind of relationship. The collected data will be handled exclusively for research activity and the selection of personnel according to the requirements of the abovementioned businesses, excluding any type of communication or disclosure to third parties differing from those in charge of the handling. Sensitive information may be entered only in such cases where it is strictly pertinent to the work profile requested; any other sensitive data will be deleted. During the handling process of the information, the following categories of people may become aware of such information. All the personnel in charge/responsible internally or externally have been appointed in writing and have to follow specific written instructions: - employees of the Human Resources Department of Calearo srl; With regards to the said information individuals can exercise the rights provided by art. 7 of the Italian Privacy Act 196/2003 (including the right to cancellation, updating and modification) as per the method indicated in the articles 8 – 9 of which we hereby enclose a copy by way of information. Moreover, I authorize the above companies to carry out all the handling indicated above for the whole time the company may consider it useful, nevertheless all personal information must be deleted from the data bank upon my consent withdrawal.
